GNSS Solutions Ltd is led by its founder Dr. Chris G. Bartone, P.E. and supported by a wide variety of independent consultants and administrative staff. The company is an outgrowth of the seminars and consulting services previously provided by Dr. Bartone (DUNS Number: 010743107 and CAGE Code: 43P12) doing business as CNS Seminars and Consultants Ltd in the area of communications, navigation, and surveillance (CNS) systems. Our focus is on quality.
Tutorials and Seminars are provided prior to major CNS conferences and on-site. In the past we have offered tutorials prior to international conferences such as the Institute of Navigation Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) conferences and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), Position, Location, And Navigation Symposium (PLANS), and the IEE Military Communications (MILCOM) Conferences. On-site seminars have been provided in the U.S. and internationally on an individual basis. We focus on providing high quality, specialized on-site seminars which are tailored to the customer’s needs.
Consulting Engineering Services can be provided on a case-by-case basis in the area of GNSS, CNS, and antenna systems. Examples of past consulting services are in the area of GPS, telematics, antenna design, test & evaluation, and technical expert witness legal support. We have supported some of the worlds largest GPS, telecommunications, mobile communications, antenna, and automotive companies.
Technical Expert Legal Services are performed in the areas of GPS, satellite systems, cellular and wireless communications systems, and radar technology for patent litigation, contract protests, and civil action lawsuits. We have experience in claim construction, patent infringement, patent validity/invalidity, expert and rebuttal reports, depositions, declarations, motions for summary judgment, and testifying at depositions and trail. We have substantial experience in patent cases.
